Job Context
- Bank Asia Limited, the fastest growing commercial bank in the private sector of Bangladesh is looking for young, energetic and self-motivated persons for the above position of Cottage, Micro and Small Enterprise Department who are willing to take challenge and interested to work anywhere in Bangladesh for expediting the business growth though our Agent outlet / Branch channel.
- Duty Station: Different district of the country (outside Dhaka /Metro city)
- Job Areas: Direct Sales & Recovery
Job Description / Responsibility
- Financing CMSE - Cottage, Micro & Small Enterprise as per target set by SEF Department, Corporate Office
- Assist the Bank in acquiring of CMSE Business through Agent outlets / SME Center /Branch
- Preparation of loan proposal and placement of the same to the Head of Branch for recommendation through BDM/ RM/ RO / Team Leader
- Recovery & Collection of CMSE loans in different area of the country

Educational Requirements
- Minimum 4 years graduation in Business Studies/ Economics/Social studies / Science studies from a reputed University/Institute having no third class/division/equivalent CGPA in academic career
Job Requirements
- Age 30 years as on April 30, 2017
- Geographic mobility and flexibility willing to work anywhere in the country
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills with pleasing personality
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, target-oriented, able to work under pressure, must be a team member, having ability to meet deadlines, art of persuasion, art of marketing, usual knowledge of market.
- Computer literacy is essential

Salary Range
- Initial Salary BDT. 12,000.00 + business volume wise incentive with other admissible benefits for freshers
Other Benefits
- Candidates having previous Banking / Financial experience will be offered in higher rank under contractual hierarchy
