Job Description / ResponsibilityVacancy: 01
- CV screening and short listing.
- Arrange interview, coordinate with other board members.
- Coordinate with relevant papers for offer letters.
- Employee joining formalities.
- Maintaining employee records/ Personal file.
- Coordinate in handling Outsourced employees.
- Coordinate employee confirmations.
- Assist in training and development activities.
- Employee grievance handling.
- Handle employee insurances.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Assisting the senior team in various HR related activities.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree. MBA in HRM is an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
Job Requirements
- Should have prior experience in HR generalist role
- Should possess good interpersonal, communication skills
- Need to be flexible about working hour.
- Ready to move outside for HR activities like campus hiring/ employee health events.
- Conversant with MS Office and Outlook
