To provide the highest standards of services and solutions to our valued customers, we are looking for young, bright and talented candidates for the following position: Position: Civil Engineer Key Accountabilities: Construction of Buildings, monitoring and implementing large construction projects. Contract management in multi-disciplinary projects. Planning, purchasing, budgeting, land development, asset management on the new projects. Cost estimating, preparing and monitoring budget. Capability of full understanding of Architectural plan & structural design. Preparing BOQ and verifying Contractors bills, quality control, cost control and time management. Documentation and periodical reporting. Capable of solving all technical and managerial problems arising at project sites. Supervise, control and train the civil engineering team. Carry out Preventive Maintenance as per Yearly Preventive Maintenance Schedule. Carry out breakdown maintenance of buildings equipments and its control and protective devices. Provide engineering support to all the relevant departments as and when required. Organize & control store keeping for imported and locally purchased construction items. Implement best practices in plant safety and hazard reduction / containment. To carry out planning and layout of new plants, supervise plant implementation programs. To evaluate performance of process equipment and control
systems and conduct optimization studies to improve the constructions quality and yield and reduce energy consumption. To conduct review of process and operation (through Process Safety Management) to enhance process safety. Required Qualification and experience: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from BUET; reputed local or foreign university with excellent academic background. Minimum 5 years experience in related field. Additional Job Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skill in both English and Bengali. Ability to work in a team of multi-disciplinary
professionals. Sound Computer Knowledge. Excellent Communication Skills both in English and Bengali. Leadership and Team Building Ability.
